We totally understand! Let us do the brain-picking, research and conceptual design for you, and you take it from there. Whether you want to assign tasks among your bridal party or do it yourself or even hire some vendors to help set it up; you will have a full design guideline to help you keep things cohesive and on-theme.

“Design Genie” - Full Package

Let’s face it, some brides would prefer to have a low-key, quality-time bachelorette party, chill with their favorite people instead of a wild night out, or a tour around the city in a limo. So just a tip, get to know how your soon-to-be-bride wants to celebrate her bachelorettehood (if that’s a word). We would love to help you design a party fit for the bride’s personality and aesthetic.

We assure you, your party will not only look good but it will be a complete experience catered to you, with thoughtful details and creative content

What do you get?

  • 4 Virtual/phone Meetings (30 min sessions)

  • Email communication as needed

  • Ideation of the Bachelorette party

  • Ideas for activities/games and setting them up

  • Source and co-ordinate all the visual suppliers and styling aspects; florist, stationary, furniture, tableware, linens, installations and all decorative items.

 FAQs

  • We can help you select a venue based on it’s visuals, however, we would not be able to go through the contract and make a booking on your behalf

  • To book the “Design Guru” package, we will require minimum of 3 weeks notice prior to the date of the party.

    To book the “Design Genie” package, we will require minimum of 2 months notice

    You may book up to 4 months in advance given you pay the deposit.

  • “Design Genie” Package

    We require a 50% non-refundable retainer fee to confirm your booking. The deposit is used to secure your preferred date and time and for us to start planning, designing and coordinating for your party. You would have to pay the remaining 50% of the payment 48 hours prior to your booking time.

    “Design Guru” Package

    We require full payment upon booking

  • We do not offer refunds, but we will provide credit towards a future booking or the option to transfer credit to another person

    Cancellations within 2 weeks prior to booking are non-refundable. Charged services will be fortified

  • If your booking is eligible to be rescheduled, we will transfer your credit towards 1 date change. The future event must be within 6 months after the original date. Otherwise the booking and the deposit are fortified.

  • Client is responsible for all loss and/or damages to rentals and will be required to replace value for each missing or damaged item.
