 FAQs

  • You can have your pop-up luxury pin any location of your choice within Calgary; indoors or outdoors: (your house, backyard, public park, rental venue) We would also be happy to share with you our favorite picnic spots.

  • You may book up to 4 months in advance

    We will require minimum 7 days notice but preferably 2 weeks in advance. We do offer last minute bookings; 72 hour notice, but you would need to inquire about our availability and you would have to choose from the themes available at the time of your inquiry. You will also be charged an additional 15% express picnic charge

  • We will contact you in advance to discuss alternatives. If you have a backup indoor location for us to set-up your picnic, we would be able to re-locate your picnic, but we will need to be informed at least 24 hours prior to your booking. Otherwise, your booking would be cancelled and moved to another available date of your choice.

  • We require a 50% non-refundable retainer fee at least 7 days prior to your picnic date to confirm your booking. The deposit is used to secure your preferred date and time and for us to start planning, designing and coordinating for your picnic set up.

    You would have to pay the remaining 50% of the payment 48 hours prior to your booking time.

  • We do not offer refunds, but we will provide credit towards a future booking.

    Cancellations within 48 hours prior to booking are non-refundable. Charged services and rental fees will be fortified

  • If your booking is eligible to be rescheduled, we will transfer your credit towards 1 date change. The future event must be within 6 months after the original picnic date. Otherwise the booking and the deposit are fortified.

  • Please notify us by text/call at least 30 minutes before if you would like to leave earlier than your scheduled end time. The client is responsible for ALL rental items for the duration of their reservation or until we return.

    Please don’t leave our items unattended. Any damages or loss will be assumed by the client and will incur additional charges

  • Client is responsible for all loss and/or damages to rentals and will be required to replace value for each missing or damaged item.

  • We love love! so yes! We could have a consultation and plan for your special proposal. However, if you decide to add-on to the package there will be additional charges and depending on the design we would need more time to prepare for it.
