DAY-OF-COORDINATION (AKA MONTH-OF-COORDINATION)

CONSULTATION
$75 per 30 min session
You are ready to start planning and you have a vague idea of what you want but it’s just not coming together? We have got you! Book a consultation session to get professional help and have an Event designer turn your ideas into a visual story. Reach out if you need inspiration, motivation, vendor recommendations, problem solving or even someone to listen to you and provide you with guidance (and no, not generic guidance, answers that are tailored to your needs specifically!). It is a flexible way for you to get creative help when needed and without committing to a full wedding design package.
Taking the wedding that you and your partner have planned and bringing your vision to life! We typically get involved in the four weeks leading up to your wedding to ensure that the plans you have in place are ready to go on the big day. Some of the duties we look after include: help with logistics, set up, décor, vendor contact for all vendors, direct events to make sure the wedding runs smoothly and on time and most importantly-getting you down the aisle. We’re here to help ensure that everything comes together the way you’ve envisioned.
WEDDING BLUEPRINT
Starts at $700 CAD
You want a bespoke wedding and you have the time and skills to do all the planning ?This package is perfect for you! We will lay the foundation for you, create custom designs, come up with a theme that represent your story, build a moodboard and a design guide that you can use all along your planning. We will provide you with the tools, guidance, references, and basically set you up for a smooth journey, while you get control over how you want to spend your money, which vendor to choose, or even DIY some things! WEDDING CREATIVE + DESIGN
Starts at $2500 CAD
You want a unique, stylish wedding that is grounded to the essence of what is important to you? This is for you; a full wedding design package. We will create a bespoke design concept and execute the vision and overall design aesthetic for your day, source and co-ordinate all the visual vendors and styling aspects; florist, stationary, furniture, tableware, linens, installations and all decorative items. We will be there on the day, ensuring every final detail is in place and everything is beautifully styled to perfection. Would you like to book a one-on-one fun WEDDING MOODBOARD WORKSHOP SESSION?
Do you want to create a vision board to keep your wedding aesthetic cohesive all through out? Why not make a date out of it?! Book an in person session with a professional event designer to help you put together a stylish, well-designed moodboard + help you select the perfect color scheme for your wedding. This moodboard could be a great visual reference to show vendors on the first meeting; they would understand your vision/aesthetic and deliver accordingly. Trust us, it is a good investment! It will save you time explaining your vision, doing your research, putting together a look, and it will save you money by avoiding any mishaps or misinterpretations.
